new partnership between Spotify and Starbucks will not only enhance the
in-store music but also the companies customer loyalty. MSR
(My Starbucks Rewards) members can use either the Spotify- or the Starbucks-App
to stream the playlists and vote for their favorite music. As an incentive they
receive points, which can be exchanged for free coffee or food.
